Postage and Processing orders

International shipping is currently disabled due to issues with customs. If you are wanting to place an order outside the UK, please contact me at info@cannadyshop.com 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday from 08:00am till 16:00pm and Saturday 08:00am till 10:30am. I will try to process orders after 16:00pm (4pm), especially "Royal mail special delivery", but I can not guarantee I will make it to the post office before final collection. I will always try my best though.

Although all orders placed before 16:00pm will be processed and delivered to the chosen delivery service. Orders may not be guaranteed for next day delivery and will be dependant on the delivery companies capability and your location. However Royal mail Special delivery are usually really good with making it next day even when I have dropped off at 16:00pm (4pm) on a week day. But please respect it is out of my control once I deliver your parcel to the chosen service.

 I make three drop offs at the post office each day (except Saturday which is one and none on Sunday and Bank Holidays as post office is closed). First one is before 11:00am to try and ensure Special delivery will be received by customers the next day, another at 14:00pm and last after 16:00pm (Only before 11:00am on Saturdays). As stated above, I will try and make another late run if any special delivery (next day) orders have been placed after 16:00pm (4pm). But can not guarantee they will make the post office's final collection.
