Postage and Processing orders

Please be aware that during sales, deliveries may be delayed.

International shipping is currently disabled due to issues with customs. If you are wanting to place an order outside the UK, please contact me at info@cannadyshop.com 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday from 08:00am till 15:00pm and Saturday 08:00am till 10:30am. We will try to process orders after 15:00pm (4pm), especially "Royal mail special delivery", but can not guarantee it will make it to the post office before final collection. We will always try my best though.

Although all orders placed before 15:00pm will be processed and delivered to the chosen delivery service. Orders may not be guaranteed for next day delivery and will be dependant on the delivery companies capability and your location. However Royal mail Special delivery are usually really good with making it next day even when dropped off at 15:30pm (4pm) on a week day. But please respect it is out of our control once I deliver your parcel to the chosen service.

 We make two drop offs at the post office each day (except Saturday which is one and none on Sunday and Bank Holidays as post office are closed). First one is 11:00am to try and ensure Special delivery will be received by customers the next day, another at 16:00pm (Only before 11:00am on Saturdays). 

Any orders placed after 16:00pm should be expected to be processed and delivered to the post office the next working day.

We can not guarantee next day delivery as we do really on the delivery companies capability. But we will always do our best to get your order processed and collected by the delivery company as quickly as possible to help it swift arrival to you.
